Recovering steering wheel
I finally found a high-quality steering wheel re-covering kit made for the 2-spoke MCS steering wheel:

Redline is a quality company. About 12 years ago now I purchased my first shift boot from them, for a '97 VW Jetta. Definitely a nice product.

I used them years ago and wrapped my steering wheel. Still looks and feels great.
I did the stitching myself and I'm not sure I'd do that again. It was a lot of tedious work!

Just to be clear mine is being cut right now by Redline. This photo is from their website. My steering wheel is on the other side.
