Well, my 2003 Liquid Yellow (with all packages and Nav system) is on the way. By using some of the info of these boards, I was able to determine that my car (which was en route) was shipped on the HUAL TRITON and is nearing its destination in NY. My estimated delivery in Michigan is 12-6. The link for tracking is below. Apparently, you click on Auto and put in the last 7 digits of your VIN #, and it comes up with your ship and current location. At least, when I put mine in it worked for me.

Hmmm...if your MINI hasn't docked yet, I doubt you'll have it until the second (or third) week of December. My dealer is about 40min away from the docks and I picked him up 2 hrs after he got to the dealer. It took 7 days to go that 40min (1 1/2 days at customs and 5 1/2 at BMW VPC) from Jersey City, NJ to Morristown, NJ. That's about average I believe. So figure at least another week to get to Michigan.
