quick question.

2006, r3. just replaced the power steering pump, since mine failed by never turning off. crossed my fingers and bought one on ebay, and it worked great.

i still have the failed one. has anyone sold theirs to a reconditioning place or anywhere else -- or should i just dump it for scrap metal?? i see they charge 150 for a core charge so figured it could be worth something -- it might be an easy fix for someone with the tools/smarts.

I have a spare pump too and I'm wondering the same thing. Does anyone know?
