underbody panel with aero bumper

Does anyone use the underbody panel with the aero front bumper? I don't have one on my car and don't know if the panel will fit or not. Since the aero bumper doesn't mount like the stock bumper does. I don't want to buy a panel and later find out it doesn't fit. The part I'm referring to:

My first though is that it should already be there...

I am using #1 in the diagram with an aero front bumper. Fits with no problems.
