Dont recognize it, but maybe someone will. Looks like a single center exhaust with the lower from bumper missing some pieces. Did you get to look at it underneath? It's in Tennesee correct? So maybe someone from that area on the forums here might know. Check the Tennessee MINI chapter.

Yeap, it's in Nashville, TN. I think the dealer bought it on Tuesday at the auction. I haven't owned a modded MCS yet, so I'm likely going to pick this up today if the Carfax checks out and there isn't significant damage underneath or any other glaring issues with the car. The only obvious downside so far from the pics is the pull-me-over red color.
Car drove great, and damn it scoots! Obvious mod list is 17% Alta pulley, Alta CAI, Alta intercooler cover, MSD coil packs, Sports exhaust, boost and oil pressure gauges, and 17" aftermarket wheels. The rear coil springs are green, so I guess those are aftermarket also. Someone spent a pretty penny modding this car.
Just looking at that pic I would have an independent mechanic inspect it. Likely with the front bumper damaged like that you will also need an expensive core support to fix it right, and possible A/C condenser and rad damage.
Also with that single exh like that tells me someone was up to doing some very "cheap" mods so I would make sure they didn't do the same with actual repairs, or just skip repairs the car needed all together.

Oil was clean as well as the car itself. I got a really good look under the front end and there was no visible damage. Honestly just looks like someone removed the front lip. I'll get it up on my ramps tonight so I can get a good look.
