So, I was having a little fun in the rain, and I drove through a puddle I thought wasn't that deep, but turned out to be pretty deep. After that, EML light came on, Check Engine came on, engine felt like she was running on 3 Cyl and throttle response was ****. Turned off the engine and turned it back on, and she ran fine... until my ******* turned off the traction control, force of habit lol, and the engine revved to about 5.5-6k rpms and EML came back on, and all the other bad stuff. Turned it off and back on, drove it home fine, and out of the rain. I don't want to take it to a dealership cause they blew up my last engine, literally. I'm gonna scan it with my OBD2 scanner tomorrow morning to see what codes she threw but just gonna check with you guys first, since I have very little knowledge about Mini cooper, or Euro cars for the that matter.
