Opening the sunroof while moving?

I just got a 2006 mini cooper S a few weeks ago, been dreaming about a mini cooper since 2003. I've never had a vehicle with a sunroof before. Are there speeds I can open the sunroof at? I figured 65mph would not be wise but is 35-40mph going to stress it? I definitely don't want to do anything that might cause problems and I have been fine opening and closing it while stopped right now but I figured if it doesn't hurt anything it might be useful to be able to open/close while moving.

Thanks!

There's no problem running it open or closed while driving. Most have recommended speed limits set pretty high like in the range of 60 to 70. My co-pilot's '15 CM opens just fine on the highway. A drop head is a whole different story though.

Congrats on the MINI! As the Brick said, sunroof opens and closes at any speed. Note that it is really LOUD with the sunroof open.
