Megan euro street II question!

So I just installed new suspension on my R53 with Megan Euro street II (comes with camber plates for the two front). There was this "Z" shaped bar not sure what's it called but I thin a sway end link or something. Anyways. It's no good so I left it off. My question: Is leaving it off bad? Also I plan on buying an excellent replacement but have no clue what I need and the best brand. Can anyone help with this issue?

1. Is leaving it off bad?
2. What's the best replacement?
3. Since I plan on buying a replacement should I buy something else that connects to that "Z" looking bar?

Links and pictures would help. Thanks.

These is what it came with plus the green top cap for the rear that's not in the photo

Turns out they are called sway bar end links. I prefer some maxx G adjustable.
