in my tool kit the is a handle anyone have an idea what it
is used for

 

I believe that it loosens the nut that holds the spare tire in place and lowers it to the ground.

 

The pin thinggy is to pop the center caps off some of the OEM rims (like the r84 xlites).
Looks like the directions are still there....
And YOUR kit appears to be a BMW, not a mini branded kit...so might be a transplant from another car...some cars did not get jacks, etc. Know mine looked different and had a screwdriver.

 

Yep, the black handle lowers and raises the spare through the hatch without having to get under the car.
