There is a Romanian guy selling a usb-odb2 cable with a pirated copy of dealer software....
Check eBay...his name changes a bit, but a few folks have bought from him ok.

Even program new keys if you have the patience to learn how.

Sometimes it one of the only ways....
If BMW sold it...this site has an advertisement for pirated BMW have maps...
We have brought it up...but they use a loop hole...say they sell an activation code...which activates a bootleg Map...lol

Schwaben tool will read all of it and give you MINI level codes that are stored.

I prefer AutoEnginuity software myself. Fully supported, not bootleg, about $400 between the proline connector and the BMW-specific extensions. Does a lot. Will reset adaptations, reads freeze-frame data stored with codes, shows live sensor data. You can not use it to code options like lights though.

But they don't offer every feature like coding keys. And my local dealers are soulless rascals who charge 20-40% over list for parts, so I stopped going there, which leaves me looking to eBay for the not-sold-to-owners- proprietary software needed to keep my bought-and-paid-for car functioning.

Well....my goto list doesn't have a 1570
P1556 "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Open Circuit Bank 1
P1560 "B" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Open Circuit Bank 1
P1564 Control Module Selection
P1565 "B" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Open Circuit Bank 1
P1569 "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Open Circuit Bank 2
P1580 Throttle Valve Mechanically Stuck
P1581 "B" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Open Circuit Bank 2
And tools are just that..tools...not a instruction book or how to guide...
They help you diagnose stuff...
Then you must use knowledge to determine the issue....rarely is it one to one relationship codes to parts to fix stuff, as the issue can be upstream or downstream of the sensor.
