A friend at work brought in a picture from Sturgis this year. Has anyone seen this car before? I tried to search on NAM but could not find anything. Sorry about the poor quality. I took a picture of a picture with a camera phone.

Looks quite different than the OP's photo. I know this hasn't been retouched -- it was a print from a good old-fashioned film camera.
