R50/53 Is anyone "not" running run-flat tires?

I have not had run flats for years. I carry a small, plug-in air compressor and a can of tire sealant, but not a spare tire/wheel. I have never been stranded, and have never needed to use either. If the TPMS shows a low tire, I get it fixed asap--a good practice regardless of what tires you run. I hate run flats, BTW.
