persistent problems R53

Had the coil overs tightened again due to cold weather knocking. Didn't help. These are Megan street/race, I don't think they are designed for the mini. Can't get them tight enough to stop popping in cold weather. Any insight would be appreciated. Above 60 degrees they are quiet below that and they make a racket. Mini still pulling right, wheels and tires checked, alignment done, what is the next thing to check, calipers seem fine.

Have you inspected the camber plates/ pillow ball mounts? They aren't too fond of being exposed to the winter seasons, salt, sand, and whatever else your state uses to make the roads usable. They may need to be rebuilt.

Not to mention you're just going to have more creaking and noise with a coilover setup due to rigidity.

As for the pulling, try rotating the tires see if it goes away or changes direction, if someone has properly done an alignment and all mechanical components check out fine it could be as easy as a rotation.

Cars will pull to the side with the least amount of caster (which isn't adjustable on these cars), most positive camber.
