Gas Pedal Notchy?

Hi all,
The gas pedal on my 02 R50 feels very "notchy" while driving, just not smooth when depressing the pedal at all. I only seem to notice it when driving. I know it's fly by wire, so I don't understand what could be causing it. Any thoughts?
Thanks
Jeff

Probably has an internal spring that has gone bad, don't know if it is fixable vs replacement. Check realoem.com

That's assuming it is a physical thing you are describing vs. actual engine response.

Check the spring on the internal ( have to open it up ) and also there is not rocks behind or at the bottom of the pivot point.

You have to but the whole throttle pedal as one.
