R50/53 Raceland coilovers
Personally, from working at a shop, I would stay away from Raceland coils. If you're wanting a good bang for your buck coil, I'd look at ST coil overs.

My mechanic at the local Mini dealer has them in his 04 R53 and he is pretty happy with them. Even got a personal email from the owner of Raceland after he purchased them.
I was in the car for it's inaugural test drive and there was a little rubbing from the springs on the inner passenger side tire. Fix was to raise the car a little, still low though.

I also ran it on my Mk2 16v gti for 4 years with no problems and it was a daily driver.
