R50/53 Radiator Issue

Radiator Issue
2005 non s with 5 spd.So, I just got back from work and I noticed coolant flowing from underneath the car. Upon further inspection I noticed there was a piece of plastic pipe that had a metal wire tangled in my radiator fan. The car is also overheating and smoking, I assume due to the loss of coolant. Any help diagnosing this?
