Hello everyone,

New member here as well as New (used) Mini owner.

I'm looking for input on the Prestige Mini dealer in Ramsey NJ service department from anyone whom has had experience with them?

Generally easy to deal with?
Relatively high/low cost?
No surprise type of service?
Quick turnaround?
Reliable?
Good communication?
Honest?

Picked up my used 06' S 6spd Monday night and love it so I'm looking for a reliable, honest and relatively inexpensive dealer to have it serviced when the need arises.

I have never had an issue with them. Their work is outstanding (Vasilli is one of the best Mini techs bar none) and they are fair with reasonable prices for a dealer.

There are also some great independent shops in northern New Jersey as well depending on the kinds of work or mods you may need.
