Vibration in the steering and floor

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to narrow down my vibration. I have replaced my axels (drive shaft shop), replaced my wheels, replaced all the ball joints, installed new breaks (Wilwood), clutch, over past year.

Today when I was driving above 60 mph, when I turned on my A/C about 10 seconds later my steering wheel was vibrating. When I turned the A/C off few seconds later the vibration went away. I tried this many times and found that the steering wheel vibrated consistently above 60mph with the A/C on. The vibration got worse the faster I went. So I drove the rest in my trip without the A/C.

Later that night, when I drove with my light on the vibrations came back. This has helped me conclude that every time my engine gets additional load from the compressor or alternator its causing font end vibrations, especially on the steering wheel.

The parts that I have narrowed down are worn engine mounts (which was replaced early last year), vibration dampener ( my car does have 210000 miles on it), or the belt tensioner.

Do you believe these might be one of the reasons I'm having the vibration or something else?

If one of these might be the reasons, how would I go about to diagnose them to narrow it down?

Thank you for your help.

Sounds like it's probably one or more of the engine or transmission mounts, or
could be the a/c compressor itself.

Weird.

I'm guessing here, but given the extra electrical load, and the fact that the power steering pump is electrical, maybe the alternator and pump are ready to bite it.
