Anyone have a clue where I can get the cover that looks like a Mini , tires windows zipper down the middle it even comes in official Mini colors it really looks like a cartoon Mini on the road.

I saw one but can not seem to locate a vender.

Are you talking about the car covers that are supplied by MINI? The outdoor cover has illustrated wheels and windows and the indoor cover has a zipper illustration down the bonnet. You can go onto MINIUSA.com and select build your own. When you get to the step #5 option (accessories) look down at the bottom of the screen and scroll across until you get to the car covers. Hope this helps.
