Here's the picture of the foam sitting behind the bumper (taken from the passenger side). I don't have a stock exhaust or the battery box, so I don't know if you can see it as well on your car.

also, FWIW, look like anyone with an aero kit, it will come "Smooth" on the wheel arches if you buy a new bumper; apparently that textured look is painted on.

shop is going to have to get ahold of some of this "special" paint to finish my car.

and because they F'd up my headliner, the guy offered to re-do the whole thing for free.

looks like hes going to charge the insurance somehow. im also getting a new window, since the front one has a giant crack in it.

this is all on top of them fixing all the stuff they messed up first time around. luckily i have a rental, courtesy of the shop for Fing up the first time.... except, day 1 of rental i get a Fing speeding ticket (40 in a 25, known "spot" for picking people off, everyone around here knows but me evidently)... so i was given a "failure to obey traffic control device" ticket for $166. silly, because i was speeding behind a cop just the other day as he went 80mph in a 65 zone... or the one who turned his lights on halfway through a turn to go straight instead just for the hell of it.

no sympathy here from the damn police; so far the "state" has cost me probably $5k in various fines and fees over my lifetime for various issues.

when will they allow an "off the grid" type of living situation, where i dont have to Pay for and deal with police, yet still get to live within society?! again, id rather take care of myself, seems like itll be way easier and cheaper and more fun...

great news finally!

after an additional almost 2 weeks, i have my car back, and its finally Correct!!!

paint is proper. pieces dont move and wiggle, new headliner looks great, and its always awesome to have a fresh windshield! no cracks, chips, marks or dings! ya! lol

have to put a lot of my custom wiring back, and theres a couple of panels that need adjusting, but all in all, finally, a proper job!

off to mini tomorrow to get a needed oil change and have them check my shaky wheel during braking.

Great Orlando area body shop

I have used Dustin and Roberts in Ocoee and have sent many friends there as well. All agree they do great work. May be too late for this round but keep them in mind. Glad you didn't get caught in the crossfire. Good luck.

Glad to read they finally did you a proper job!

Shakey wheel when braking? Sounds like rotors to me!
