Upper Motor mount

Just a question regarding the bolt that holds the upper motor mount.

Do any of you guys know if the long M12 e-torx torque to yield bolt threads through the frame?

I'm thinking it doesn't, but I'm helping a friend that completely stripped the torx head so bad that the only option is to cut the head and spin the mount itself to get it out..

It does not thread thru. It is a pain. Mine stripped too. It took hours to drill thru. The worst part is that the washer is locked in, so you have to get thru that too. I managed to break the mount off from the top, and that helped. Good luck. Really crappy choice of fastener

You can't spin the mount due to the tab that mounts to the body.
