I've got a MCS coming in a few weeks and am getting factory driving lights installed. I also plan to put in the Euro parcel shelf under the steering column. My question is, where does the switch for the lights go on the parcel shelf? I noticed there is a rectangular opening on the left of the shelf; is that for the switch? If not, where should I have the dealer put the switch?

Yes, the factory driving lights switch goes in that rectangular hole. If you have the driving lights, you don't need the cover plate/blank for that hole.

 

I have the factory rally lights and a parcel shelf and it’s just as Argo says. The switch which would mount to the left of the steering column fits in the hole perfectly. Someone thought this through before placing the hole in the shelf.
