I've had my MCS for just under 2 weeks now, have over 2k miles and could not be happier. I spent this past weekend on the Blue Ridge Parkway and am leaving tomorrow morning for a back road blast up to Indy for the 500. We are going to hit the Cherohala Skyway, Deals Gap and anything else we can find that is not straight. Does anyone know any other great roads between Atlanta and Indy?

 

If you are coming up I-65 south of Indy check out Indiana Hwy 135 around Brown County and the Hoosier National Forrest. You will see a small town called Story along that route. The road north from Story to Hwy 46 is awesome, best MINI road I've been on. I haven't been on the section south of Story but I'd bet it is pretty twisty too. Stop in at the old Story Inn if you're looking for Lunch. The short stretch from 135 to Story is a great piece of track...er, road too. Be careful, missing some of these twisties could be fatal to your MINI (no guard rails).
