I'm a sucker for gadgets, and this thing recently came back in stock at Amazon. I ordered one today.

Those are pretty fun! Picked up a few at Toys R Us one day. The only lame thing is that there is a teeny tiny sticker that says what freq it runs on. I thought since they were IR and it had no mention of different freqs that there must just be one. However, there is a tiny sticker that just says "IR1" or "IR2" or something. Luckily I picked up two different ones but none of the advertising on the box said you could even change frequencies or anything. You can change the freq of the controller but not of the car. They can take a beating too.

One of my other hobbies, besides the Mini, is building RC car kits. The brand Tamiya makes a nice RC kit of the new Mini as well as the old Mini. Here is a link to the new Mini:

This can be an expensive and very addicting hobby once ya get started, so be careful!!!
