Or which ones did you put on your car that you like?
Cost, wheels, etc.

I'm looking at Bridgestone Blizzak WS70 or maybe the LM-60because I can't find he Nokian Hakkapeliita R2 in my Clubman S size 205/45R17

Brigestone Blizzak WS70

The LM-60 is a performance winter tire with better dry surface traction, while the WS70 is better in deep snow and ice conditions, while a bit worse on dry roads. The Nokian Hakkapeliita R2 is great, but expensive and hard to find in some sizes.

The Blizzak WS70 features a softer dual-compound tread with Bridgestone's NanoPro-Tech silica-enhanced Tube Multicell compound layered on top of a standard winter compound. The Tube Multicell compound features thousands of microscopic tubes and cells uniformly distributed throughout the compound (which makes the rubber look like Swiss cheese when examined through a microscope) that wick away the water that often forms between the tire's contact patch and the surface of icy and snow-packed roads. Pores and tubes are constantly exposed around the tread as the tire wears. This flexible rubber compound boosts the tire's grip in cold conditions while the bite particles attached to the tubes scratch at packed snow and icy surfaces for traction.

The Blizzak LM-60, being a high performance winter / snow tire, is offered in a higher speed rating (H/130 mph). Since the current Multicell tread compounds used on Blizzak WS70 tires are not designed to support H-speed ratings, the Blizzak LM-60 uses a high silica content winter tread compound molded into a directional tread design that features independent tread blocks with 3-D zigzag sipes to disperse water away from the tire's contact patch, further enhancing grip. This combination provides hydroplaning resistance, greater driving and braking force on snow-covered roads.

The new Hakkapeliitta R2 Nordic winter tyre is the number one choice for drivers who value unique driving comfort and greener motoring, as it offers substantial fuel savings and lower carbon dioxide emissions. The extremely low rolling resistance is over 5% lower than that of the predecessor Hakkapeliitta R, which already crushed the competition with its superior fuel efficiency. Furthermore, the safety characteristics of the Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 on ice, snow, and wet roads were fine-tuned using a new-generation rubber compound, a tailored tread model, and the Cryo Crystal concept. The improved winter grip is especially evident on slippery ice, where the Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 takes over 10 metres less to stop from a main road speed of 80 km/h than the Hakkapeliitta R, which is already known for its excellent grip on ice.

Which ones do you have on your car? And, on what wheels, run flats or not?

Put some Bridgestone Blizzak WS70s on my 05 Justa last week. Have driven them about 500 miles and can barely tell the difference between them and the Kumho Ecstas I run the other 9 months of the year.

Haven't been tested in the snow yet but get great reviews in that respect.

so get them in a slightly smaller size that can still fit on the rim. whats the big deal? narrow tires are good for snow driving they reach the pavement better (by digging deeper, more contact pressure) than fatter tires, and the tall side wall act like a rudder.

i am using 175/65/15 for my nokians while my summers are 215/45/17

Coming from Alaska with -60 degree weather, nothing beats Blizzak filled with nitrogen.
