Read this. I think it's another scam. How do people get pics and VIN numbers of cars and yet can still scam people?

 

It sounds a little fishy also because they say you can send them a cashiers check or personal check. Alot of times people won't put a reserve on something because they now it will sell for around what they want, it is their gamble if it doesn't meet their price. Just have to cover your butt if you bid on something like that. Tell them you want to pick it up and they will probably freak out if it's a scam. Buyer Beware! :smile:

 

Also, if it get's to within about 12 hours of the auction ending and they haven't gotten to the price they want they can just end the auction without selling it. A very common strategy.
