I recently purchased a 2006 Mini Cooper S. It only had 23,000 miles on it and some different m7 parts. I didn't have a clue what they were, until now.

One of them is the m7 Oil Catch Can. My question is... Do I need to do anything to it? I can't really find anything online about maintenance of the oil catch can.

Any info would be helpful.

 

emptying it as it collects oil, if it fills up with oil your just gonna suck it in again and defeat the purpose of using a OCC.
