I have an 03' MINI and the flimsy plastic casing that new headlight bulbs plug into is literally disintegrating. Result? One headlight shines straight forward, the other flops down. Not quite a pididdle, but definitely a lazy eye. I've done a little searching and it looks like my only option is replacing the entire headlamp assembly? Has anyone dealt with this problem before? Can anyone point me in the direction of a simple replacement part or any other suggestions?

my buddy showed me a plastic thing you twist and this adjusts the up/down direction of the headlight, if you pop your hood and look under at the light it looks like a plastic bolt and it should be labeled up/down on the plastic bolt

i dont think you need new headlights, although ive been eyeballing some LED's
