As a real estate agent, I shuttle clients around 3 to 4 days a week. Usually only one at a time, but I have had a full car at times. They think it's cool. Due to insurance and liability issues, they can't get the "total" MINI driving experience. If there are too many to fit in the car I tell them that my van is in the shop and will usually just meet them at the property.

I used to transport clients in my wife's Buick, but she sold it and got a MINI as well.

Another shameless plug!

I use my as my main marketing tool! The visors are so small it helps illustrate how my product works - The Sunspot. I constantly am explaining what it is and how it works. The MINI helps sell it with ease! Go to http://www.getsunspots.com
to see the product. Too much sun? Temporarily take it away! You then remove it, put it in the door pocket to retrieve when you need it again.

I am a real estate investor, and also find investment properties for a living. I work for a big time realtor and drive all over the place. When I get my MINI, this will make it fun to drive all over town... I dont deal with retail buyers for real estate, only investors and wholesale buyers so I dont have to shuttle them around.

I really dont know how Buyers Agents do it, a house is four walls and a roof to me, any pickier and I want to strangle some people. :p

Since my whole bisness revolve around MINIs I use my Mini for business all the time.
Going to installs, Measurements, Test marketing for new designs.

Now with My new Classic it will be a show car for new Classic parts.

Mindless plug.

I use my MINI as my Company car... I am in sales on the SC Coast, and travel 2 to 3 times per week and absolutely love it. I couldn't think of a better car to use.

Swifty at work.

I met a recent client at their new home. I'm parked where the garage will go. Not easy getting a decent shot with all these trees!

This is the back porch.

This is their office, looking out front. Note My MINI.
He told me that when they lived in Ireland, they drove a classic Mini!

I hope this isn't a hint that I require graphics to continue here.
[the pun was irresistable]

This can't be all the Miniacs...

...who use their MINI for work?!

I "had to" motor west down the "back way" on a windy, hilly, very light traffic road, to the truss plant to pick up calcs.
I "had to" motor east up a windy, hilly, very light traffic dirt road, to scope an addition and new garage.
And that was just yesterday morning.

bump

Met with a repeat customer this week. He let me drive his Porsche 911 SC near my home some time back; later a dumass pulled right out in front and totaled it, now he has a 968. They now live near Granite Basin road.
After the meeting he walked out and started talking about the MINI. I asked: want to take it for a d.....
SURE!
He was impressed with the steering and brakes.
And then I drove up and down the same road.

Is this all the NAM members who use their MINI for "work"?

When mine arrives I will be using it about 2-3 days a week to visit clients. I may be getting a company car in the near future, but I know I will miss getting to drive the Mini. Some of my customers are in the mountains and the foothills and there are some very nice side roads that I have made note of and can't wait to take my Mini out on. :-)
