I just got 632.5 miles on a tank in my 2012 Justa. I drove across Michigan's Upper Peninsula from St. Ignace to Copper Harbor and back (was in Copper Harbor for a day and a half). 49.4 mpg. Put the cruise on 60 (55 speed limit the whole way). I had 18 miles left on the computer when I filled up in St. Ignace. Takes a lot of patience to drive 60 for that long...

I got 33.4 MPG 2 weeks ago over a 250 mile trip averaging 74 mph. It was the best I've gotten so far. Mods were jcw tune, plugs, cat-back and CIA. I thought that was pretty good lol.

One thing folks need to remember..... Tire size can make a huge difference....both in speedo accuracy... And the reflected mpg!!
That having been said, I can do 28-30 mpg in most commuting....(no traffic or against the flow) and hit 32 if I drive super nice on a tank with the cruise set for 71....I CAN Do better slowing down...but I find 70ish just right most of the time....and that is ac set to LO....beer cooler cold!!

I think I could get a lot more out of it but there's no way I can keep my foot out of it. That was also with 3 runs on the "Pig Trail" which is awesome. When I first got the car 29 was the best I was seeing but I think it just need the cobwebs blown out.

Most I've gotten is 40.3mpg on the way home from PA.

04 Cooper S, with alta intake and JCW exhaust. Thats it.

65-70mph, light accelerations without dipping into boost

Using a ScanGauge or similar device can help you monitor how driving style distinctly affects your mileage.

ive gotton 35+ serveral times in mine, i notice once i get past 73ish it goes down hill, them aero dynamics arent well with the mini, plus speed is not a linear force with air friction, its exponential

but on avg i drive 7 miles to work, and ill get about 27-28

Wow....I don't know how some of you guys are getting those crazy high MPG numbers. I've been tracking my mileage on my MCS for the last two years, and the best I've ever gotten has been around 28mpg.....that's 80% highway driving at 70mph and 3000rpms, and 20% city driving around 40mph.
