Trying to find an actual MINI service tech that can help me out on some quesions I had on my 03' JCW MCS? Are there any MINI serice techs here hat post on NAM? Contact info??

 

I've seen a person post once, claiming to work at a dealership. Can't remember who though.

Waymotorworks does more than sell parts, they have a mechanic shop too. I see Way post frequently.

Pelican and ECS Tuning also post a lot, and know their stuff -not sure if they actually have a mechanical shop, or are just parts vendors. Wouldn't be hard for you to find out.

I've seen some of your recent posts, and didn't reply, because I don't have a JCW, and know nothing about tuning.

If your question is about Tuning, track down someone named Jan. I think waymotorworks also would know first hand from experience about tuning. I'm sure there are others, and I hope I didn't leave anyone out, but as far as the professionals who post on the site -in reading this forum daily for the last 6 months.... I hope that's the info/people you're looking for.

Yes we are not just a parts site like many others. We have a full time MINI ONLY performance, Repair, ECU Tuning, Parts, and Maintenance Shop.
I worked at a BMW/MINI dealer for about 5yrs before starting my business. And my lead Technician was a MINI Technician and Group Leader at a MINI dealer for 6yrs before working for me.
My main parts and shipping guy has worked in the Auto Parts business for the last 20yrs, and a BMW/MINI dealer for 5+yrs before working for me.

With this combination I feel this gives us major advantages over our competition.

Now can we diagnosis your car over the phone or the internet?? That is very difficult if not impossible as many times there are too many variables. And making the sound out of your mouth over the phone is just many times funny.
