R50/53 Exhaust Manifold CA CARB Legal?

Exhaust Manifold CA CARB Legal?

Anybody know of an aftermarket exhaust manifold for an R53 that is Ca smog (CARB) legal?...My OEM just split in half at what looks like the pre-cat? I was looking at the flashpoint header from Way Motor Works but cant tell if it is 50 state legal? Any help is appreciated........Anybody wanna sell an OEM?

Nope, if it's not stock it's illegal!

just take the manifold to a welder and have it welded back together. I did this about 90K miles ago. It still passed smog. it just needed to get welded back together.

Thanks for the info guys, I found a used one at http://www.usedminicooperparts.com/ for $300 bucks.
