Koni FSDs

Arriving Tuesday, local shop installing on Wednesday. Anything I should look out for? What I mean is, this shop does a LOT of tire and suspension work but probably haven't seen too many MINIs.
Also, on rough roads the back end of my car sounds like a barrel of mallets rolling down the stairs. They (same shop) tried a strut mount, but it didn't quiet the noise. Any suggestions for likely candidates while they are in there?
I've had the car for just a couple, but the suspension has been a disappointment. Then again, the car has in excess of 90,000 miles on the clock... I'm hopeful this will be a major step in the right direction.

First thing...
koni fsd's are great...but if used on a car with lowering springs' they WILL FAIL fast.
the strut towers in the front often mushroom. ...should be FLAT on top...if bent...bash them flat...then imo' add craven std's on top to strength the sheet metal.

I would replace the front upper mounts "while you're in there"

Its essentially the same job all over again to do that later once they fail.. and I say once they fail cause its not an "if" its a "when".. lol with 90K i bet they're not in great shape..

1 of mine with 90k was ready to fall apart.. and were flattened on the bottom
