I apologize in advance if this has been posted already. Came across this thread. All, I gotta say is, car 18 feet in the air, in a tree!, and not this guy's fault, some stupid kid, doin 89!

Just cause you drive safely, doesn't mean everyone else does!

It pains me to see a fellow car enthusiast (seems these Audi guys are almost as devout as we are) who invested so much money and time in mods, etc. have it all ruined by some jackass. What a beautiful car to be so mangled... and absolutely AMAZING that everyone survived that. I haven't seen damage to a car like that since back when I was in highschool and they brought the "DUI deterrent" car out... OUCH.

While I always condone "spirited" driving, I think it's disgusting that this happened. The fact that the kid HIT HIM doing 89mph means (unless he just wasn't watching in front of him at all) he was probably going significantly faster before he touched the brakes/impact. Just sick....

Those folks are extremely lucky. The car took the bulk of the damage.

The folks on there are very mature. Glad to see that on the Internet considering this day and age.
