R50/53 problems with start-ups :(
problems with start-ups :(
So for the past two days now I've been having really jerky starts, weather It's a cold start or not
I turn the key the car starts like normal however as soon as the engine runs I feel a jerk motion, if i idle and press the accelerator the car gets the jerk motion still except It's not as bad as on start up
It doesn't feel like a misfire to me , honestly it feels like the crank isn't lubed enough..so today I may get an oil change, last night I used some fuel injection cleaner and re fueled. It helped but only slightly
Any opinons ?

The link isn't loading:/ but judging by the address of the link
I can tell you my car isn't stalling , I have no fault codes , I also have no idiot lights Illuminated ,
While sitting in traffic today i noticed very slight jerking(possible misfires)
Checked the oil and It's a little dark but the levels are fine
On my crossfire I had a similar issue and it was the cam position sensor failing

Link worked , from What I read could be coil packs and wires needed to be replaced, fuel pump and filter , worn pcv or ecu issue.
However before going ahead and making an appointment with MINI anything I should take note of?
A lot of people posted that the dealerships will want to begin diagnosing with ignition systems first ..but can some one tell me What model years the "upgraded" ecu issue affected ? I haven't checked the build date on my mini yet
