Yesterday i was pulling out and the lady in front of me decided to pull 1/2 way out into the road and stop, well i was pulling out behind her (no cars comming... none in sight) and she decided to stop, i bumped her back bumper and it tapped my front lower.... lucky no damage to her or my car...

but.....

I was drinking coffie(some splatterd on the steering wheel), thats why i was pulling out slow and mostlikely did not damage the cars.... and now my volume is all messed up... the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel which allow me to change cd tracks and such seem to work fine, but the volume control buttons on the back part of the wheel dont work at all... infact when you first turn the car on the volume seems to have a mind of its own... it goes way up and i have to turn the whole radio off and then sometimes i cant even get it to turn on again, then it will go way down and i have to keep playing with the manual dial... after about 15 or 20 min.. the volume seems to stableize and let me control it using the manual dial....

what should i do.. anyone know anything about this? should i take it to the dealer, im not shure i really trust them? anyway.. if anyone can offer some help i would appreciate it...

thanks, Kent

Hi! i wouldn't use WD40 for electronic switches (That is what the conbtrols are) instead i would buy an electronics component cleaner, (I don't know the name they use in mexico) but is the kind of cleaner you use to clean variable resistors.
