What kind of performance can be expected on a 2003 MINI Cooper S with a Miltec Cat Back exhaust,DDMworks Cold air Intake,15% Supercharger pulley and a Fluid crankshaft Damper Pulley? The engine is strong and has exelent compression. I am trying to get a estimate of W.H.P. and W.T.Q.

 

I would guess +1 hp for the exhaust, +1 hp for the intake, +0.5 hp for the crankshaft pulley,
and +12 to 15 hp for the supercharger pulley.

 

Probably around 20 hp, more with a ECU tune and larger injectors

 

Tuned you would be 190 or so, untuned, maybe 175....and remember, that is what a dyno says to the wheels...orgional specs says to the crank....just a WAG, but on a 10+ year old motor, till you spend 100$ on a dyno to find out, anything is gonna be a wag!! Good luck!!

My un-tuned, '05 JCW (basiclly the same w/ 13% pulley) had a base of 165 whp on a Dynopack.
