There's quite a bit of data on this site, and I had a nice browse to see what the average difference in 60' times were for the Mini versus some of the STX cars I've been running against for years. It looks like 1.7 to 1.8 is decent for the RWD cars, and 2.3 is what the Mini runs (excluding the cars with proper drag slicks).

I've always wanted to excuse my being beaten by the RX8 and the BMW 325 and 330 by observing that my Works car would spot them .5 secs on the launch, which I would then have to recover on the rest of the course.

Nothing like a good excuse, right?
