Hello.

Now that I have ordered my MCS and have almost 2 months to wait for it, I am going crazy for all things Mini!! I just got the Moss Mini catalog in the mail, and I think I have flipped through it 3 times already (starting to understand all the other people on this board who have described the Mini obsession!).

Anyway.. I was wondering if someone could point me to some other Mini related companies that I can order catalogs from. Ofcourse I would prefer them to be free, but I am also willing to pay if the catalog is really good.

Thanks in advance!

Bill

Bill -

I feel your agonizing pain regarding your wait - I was going through what you are exactly one year ago. Believe me, IT IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!! I still pinch myself when my garage door raises and I see it waiting there in all its beauty!

Anyway, I don't have any catalog links for you, but have this little video that saw me through the trying times while waiting for my MINI to come home. It's from last year, but still quite fun to watch. I must have watched it a couple of times a day for 2 months straight (which equaled my wait!).

ENJOY!! NUMMYTIME

Bill, in addition to catalogs, try some deep breathing exercises. There aren't enough catalogs (...or, believe it of not, MINI web sites) to keep you from going mad during your wait. Shopping for goodies does help, but so does somehow broadening your other coping skills. Best wishes for speedy build and a safe voyage!

Also if your lucky enough to have an active MINI Club that holds events close to you or far from you, no matter . Get involved its helping my son and I with our wait ,we still got till July to go before we pick them up . The clubs welcome anyone who has just an interest in this wonderful ride we have chosen ,well the SunShine Mini`s of Florida sure did/do.
Auto X is also fun to go see what MNI can do . We have even gone to a Randy Webb Pulley Party that was down our way last year .

vacmotorsports.com has proper racing stuff, some of it for the MINI. You might also want to check out racecarsupply.com for racing goodies. the mother load of proper MINI parts is at Classic MINI in Mentor Ohio........
