Are the front seat covers interchangeable? I have a small rip in my driver seat and I found a replacement cover but it's for the passenger seat. It's the seatback cover. I know the airbags are on the side closest to the door, but all I want to do is replace the leather. Does anyone know?

 

i am unsure, but I wouldn't risk it. Perhaps each side has a different "weakened" area designed to let the side airbag through.

 

The seat cushion covers are interchangeable when new (you have to punch some holes to mount them and probably wouldn't want to interchange them after that) - the seat back covers are not for the airbag reason cited above.
