Replace Front Seat Belt '05

I am attempting to replace the front passenger (right) seat belt. I cannot figure out how to remove the trim from the pillar without damaging it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just remove the screws and carefully pull on it, it wont break.

Follow up to Replace Front Seat Belt

Thanks for the reply, although I can't seem to find any screws on the trim. If anyone has an illustration or picture of the pillar and trim, it would quickly straighten out my issue.
