My new Mini is Pepper White so I went with
Sgt. Pepper to tie in with the English connection
and because it was one of my
favorite Beatles' albums. Even have
a "SGT PEPPER" European plate for
the front but haven't mounted it yet.
If anyone with an "S" is looking for a name,
may I suggest
MiniScool
as in "miniscule" or "mini is cool".

One year and still no name for my MCS. But then, I'm not trying to name it... I don't know why it doesn't feel right to me... I'm a fairly creative guy... I LOVE this car... and MINI Cooper S is too much to say... Mmmmmmmmm?
Why do some owners name their cars... and others, me, don't? (can't? won't?) I really don't know.
God speed.

Mine's Lola the MINI (or Lola MINI)...when attempting to come up with names the week before I picked him up, I heard the Kink's "Lola" like 10 times (at that point, I think I had heard it once in about 5 years!)...Since I had already figured out that my MINI was a male, and everyone kept telling me that cars were always female (what's up with that??) when I picked him up, the name stuck in my head and there it is! Lola the MINI..."Girls will be boys and boys will be girls. It's a mixed up muddled up shook up world. (except for Lola)"
It's perfect! He loves to look at himself in nice shiny SUVs when sitting at a traffic stop! Kinda thinks like a girl, but acts like a boy!

Mine is still being called 'the MINI' since I have yet to come up with a name that hasnt been taken already. My truck has the name Big Red, because it's, well, big... and red. I have called my DS MCS "Earl Grey" a few times, but people are like " :???: I dont get it".
I'll throw it out to the crowd here: Any suggestions?

Well, since my Mini will be sharing a double garage with a maroon w/black top 1969 Chrys. 300 Conv. which I ordered from the factory in 1968, and which has been called "Big Red" since new -- it seems natural that my CR/Blk MCS ought to be called "Li'l Red" -- or perhaps "Rojito" which means the same thing in Spanish.

My CR/W MCS will be named Sona. I've been told by a Haitian co-worker that it means "sunlight" in her language (but for all I know it could mean asswipe; yet here I am taking her word for it!).
Anyway I think it's fitting and beautiful name for a beautiful car!

Chewbacca. I thought he was a she until I saw him, and he had this great heart just like Chewbacca from Star Wars. And after my Jack Russell Terrier, Patra, motored for a bit in 'bacca, he became all furry like the big Chewbacca, too.
