I have a Mini cooper s (R53) which has sports suspension plus (althought i dont know the exact spring rate for my car spec)

Ive ordered some ap coilovers. I wonder if anyone has a set of these and can compare the ride quality between the two?

I basically want the same ride quality/stiffness but a lower stance and your thoughts before fitting would be much appreciated.
