This car is listed on e-Bay. The Car Fax says it was sold at auction with 7900 miles. I'm guessing it was either a total loss or a repo...any clues?

"There are no known defects in this vehicle." Could it be true? A mini without rattles? No yoyo or stumbling?

Service records says the car had 8,036 miles back on 9/25/03. Now it has 8,061, six month later. Beware.

Seller says it was a Repo from BMW finance. I'm passing...way too long for it to sit while being worked on. Besides...if you don't make your car payments...do you take care of your car?
