Good day yall!

I have an 02 cooper and I'm having the following issues. The interior lights (center reading light, passenger and driver under dash light) do not dim off. Before they used to come on then dim off after a few seconds. Now I have to manually turn off the reading light before I start driving.

I am also having the following issue (dont know if these are linked together) my passenger side window is bugging. the window is not closing until the top. Once the window hits the top it is automatically comming down slightly (same amount that usually goes down-up when you either open or close the doors)

any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
