My girlfriend's 2002 R50 is doing crazy electrical things. The headlights flicker after the vehicle is started for no apparent reason. A mechanic played around with the electrical box a little bit and told us the relays were going bad. I replaced 2 of the 4 relays with no change in behavior (and basically swapped them all out to have a new one in each slot at some point during testing). The turn signals also flash in slow motion when cold. The car always starts strong and it has been plenty cold here this winter.

I've tried to do some searches on this, but I've had little luck. Some searches point to the battery (which was tested as OK, but I understand that these are fickle), others say alternator or voltage regulator. Any ideas/help is appreciated. Thanks.
