Got a set of M+S 16 runflats and wheels off of e-bay and now I need to know how much torque to set on my wrench. From all my reading at this site I'm too anxious to let the air-gun guy do it. Warp rotors and warp-speed, oppose diametrically. (I've already changed my oil earlier cause of the threads.) So, OK maybe ft/lbs would be e-zier but the click/stop sets on either. Any other helpful hints would be appreciated. I'll be sure to watch those jack points.

I think it is in the manual?

BTW, how much did you pay on e-bay - if you don't mind me asking. I did the same but got 15's for about $430 with shipping. Not runflats, but I'm hoping they'll be better in the winter (I live in Western NY and no, it's not snowing now). I carry a mini compressor in the car just in case - even though I have runflats on now.

According to this site, over tightening lug nuts does not cause warping...Having said that, I always loosen and re-torque my wheels after a monkey with an air gun gets a hold of my wheels.

Good deal on the set of wheels, btw.

I paid just under $600, to the door, for the set. Not bad when you consider the cost of new run-flats.

I have seen different settings. I tightened 17s to 95 ft/lbs. Try the tire rack post.......they should have an idea. Also remember to re-torque after 100
miles or so.
