So I've been browsing the forum and google, sounds like Brisk spark plugs are very popular. I need to replace mine, but I have a 2004 Mini Cooper (non-S) R50...are there any that fit mine? I can't find any.

Can anyone provide a link and good pricing??

Alta sells them for a 2004 MC. If you stick the model number in a Google search, you may be able to come up with some other sources. I was not able to find anything cheaper when I ordered some for my 2008 MCS.

fwiw, I just replaced my Brisk plugs because they were causing a skip under heavy load and some wandering at idle. Not sure if it was my poor job of gapping them (very likely) or possibly some blow by (seen that posted as a problem). Other than those two issues though, I was really enjoying them - nice power and a nice bump in gas mileage.

Hopefully the plugs for the older models are more mature and not as prone to any issues.

 

Alright thanks a lot. I did visit this link, but didn't read closely enough the first time and though it said they were $49 each! Eek. That price for 4 isnt too bad though, I punched the model number into google and didnt come back with much of anything unfortunately.
