Another Sun Roof leak

So my new to me MINI has a pretty good sunroof leak. After a good rain, I noticed a ton of water in the foot well. So.. I followed the instructions on the internet, and found out that my front drain was disconnected. I hooked it up and put on a hose clamp and I am still getting water in the foot well when I pour water in the sunroof drain. I did this with it taken apart and cant see water leaking between the drain and the metal tube. It also seems to be draining out the front pretty well.

I also tried dumping the water down the back of the track, and it all seems to drain out the rear outlet.

Also, after I took it apart, the thermometer reads -13 deg f?

what have I done!!

Thanks
Tyler

Have you tried disconnecting the rubber tubes from the metal tubes and running something like weedeater line down them? They may just be clogged.

I will try that, but I'm pretty sure they are clear as most of the water drains out through the drain holes when i dump water in them.
