Power Steering Flush

Has anyone flushed the power steeing fluid yourself? It shouldn't be that difficult, but there is nothing in Bentley nor could I find a "how to" in NAM.

Here's a link that discusses "to flush or not to flush". Hope it's helpful. PS- have yet to find a DIY on a PS fluid flush but I am still searching.
